I ended my livestream early because I was getting sleepy. But once I went to bed...I couldn't get to sleep. I think it was because I really wanted to finish this picture.
This here is Connecticut dressed in his finest my friends. The sweater was referenced from this image here [link] it was my first time making an argyle sweater. Yes I used brushes as my guide, I just colored in the diamonds :> It's a bit sloppy, but what do you expect for my first time.
The hands I didn't used a reference for, I kinda did them on my own and I am rather proud of them...I suck at hands XD;;
As for the overall color scheme...I dunno what sparked me to use it. Guess I needed something to relate to the sweater.
It's called Black Bird, because I was listening to the Beatles song that has the same name. That's what inspired me to draw this.
Well it's almost five...time for bed.

Oh, how did I miss this picture! That is one of my favorite Beatles songs! I love the panel on the right with the silhouettes of the birds--different and very interesting. Of course I love Connecticut and his argyle sweater. You did a great job on that and his shirt pattern.

I had their first CD a while back...like in middle school XD
But I dunno what happened too it. I probably listened too much to it or something. Funny thing about it was the CD was titled "Simon and Milo- Ready Ready Set Go."
Recently I just got the urge to download their other CDs. Gosh it bought back memories. My favorite song of theirs is "Be As".
